UK Delivery;

Recorded Delivery

Your goods will be despatched by recorded delivery and a signature will be required.

Products that are currently in stock are normally despatched within 48 hours of your cleared payment.  In the even the product is out of stock then you will be notified of this and we would expect to get your goods to you within 7-10days.

Damage in Transit

It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage to delivered goods.  Details must be recorded on the delivery documentation, and we must be notified no later than 24 hours after delivery.  It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required to affect your claim against the carrier.


It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the delivery or carrier consignment note.  If you suspect that there are any items missing from the delivery, first check the order has not been partly shipped.  Any shortage must be noted on the delivery note and we are to be notified within 24 hours.

Incorrect Goods

Notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 24 hours of delivery.  If the items are not what you ordered, you must not open the manufacturers packaging or use the items.  It is your responsibility to notify us.

Non Deliveries

We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 2 days from the expected delivery date.  We can not accept liability for shortages, non deliveries, and incorrect goods or damaged on delivery outside the stated time scales.  Except when extenuating circumstances have prevented the notification within the stated timescale.
